The POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) program at ISTD is designed to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees. We are fully committed to adhering to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, which provides a legal framework to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace. Our POSH program is built to not only comply with the law but also to create a work culture where every individual feels valued, secure, and empowered.
The program includes awareness campaigns, training sessions, a clear process for reporting complaints, and an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to handle grievances. Our focus is to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all employees, where harassment is not tolerated.
